ARCEL Engineering Company was founded in 1969 in Ankara by Necati Turan Celtikci (Civil Eng., M.S).
At that time, there were only a few engineering companies working in the field of design of steel structures.
ARCEL Engineering was founded to fulfill this gap in design and construction of steel structures in Turkey.

Soon, ARCEL carried out several important and comprehensive projects throughout the country like:

– 250 m. Radio Antenna Mast of Ankara
– Divrigi Iron Pyrites Desiccation and Concentration Unit
– Samsun Sulphuric Acid Factory
– Silifke Paper Factory
– Seyitomer Thermic Power Plant, etc.

In 1976, the company was named as ARCEL Engineering, Construction and Trade Co. and became a limited company. In 1993, the company changed its name to ARCE Engineering Construction and Trade Co. with its new partners.
ARCE keeps working in the field of structural engineering and consulting of mainly steel and reinforced concrete construction projects throughout the world up to date.
