The stadium has a 45.000 seating capacity built in a construction area of approximately 180.000m2 near the river Nilufer. Reinforced concrete stands are composed of 8 blocks. The struccture has a 3 tiered west stand, a tiered east stand and 2 vertigo inducing sloping end zone stands.

The steel roof is composed of PTFF/Glass membrane covering supported with a pretensioned cable system. Head of crocodile is formed by means of a 40m. cantilever structure supported by a reinforced concrete system of the stadium.
