This historical building, built in 1898 with dimensions of 15.0m x 80.0m, was originally a match manufacturing factory constructed for “Sociètè Anonym des Allumettes Ottomanes”, a French investor's company . The structure is analized and retrofitted according to the latest earthquake regulations and new intended usage. Steel braces are added at the roof and at some adequate spans along the perimeter compatible with the architectural design.
