The new complex with a total construction area of 16.500 m² consists of office & service spaces, a grand meeting hall, restaurant and closed parking lots to meet the needs of Karabuk Municipality. The restaurant, office sections and parking spaces are designed in reinforced concrete. The grand meeting hall located at the center of the complex is designed in steel construction. The hall is accessed at different levels by means of a steel ramp supported by the steel columns of the structure.

There are also a number of steel bridges that connect the ramp and the hall to the other parts of the building at every story.
