The building, with plan dimensions of approximately 22.0m x 20.0m, consists of 7 base floors and 8 floors above the ground floor. Base floors under the ground, used for parking and mechanical equipment purposes are designed with reinforced concrete where as upper floors are designed using steel construction and composite floors for a more aesthetic appearance.
