Twin residences consisting of 2 floors constructed in a total area of 390 m² are architecturally planned and located so as to utilize maximum benefit from shade and wind during hot summer days in order to conserve energy and a plain appearance. This concept of simplicity is also reflected in the structural design. The project recieved Arkitera Architectural Competition 2013, Encouragement Award.
