Ayaslı Research Center, houses 19 research labs, 2 clean rooms, an anechoic chamber and an antenna tower, as well as seminar and meeting rooms and reading areas in a construction area of approximately 3400 m2. Ayaslı Research Center has specialized laboratories for conducting a wide spectrum of advanced research, ranging from micro-electronic design and prototyping, renewable and sustainable energy,medical electronics research and consumer electronics solutions to robotics, communications and networks, microwaves, antenna and radar systems. The building of Ayaslı Research Center (ARC) is donated by alumni Dr. Yalçın Ayaslı and his wife Serpil Ayaslı and the architecture design belongs to Behruz Çinici.
