The new regiment buildings consist of blocks (A,B and C) seperated from each other by means of expansion joints. All blocks have been constructed using reinforced concrete columns and beams. They are 5 story high buildings and they have a construction area of 12.635m² in total. The buildings are checked according to the new seismic code of Turkey and they are reinforced against seismic loads by means of r.c shear walls that are added at the necessary locations inside the building.
